Q: When did HYP3 launch?

A: We launched both HYP3 and our Rise Up line in March 2017.

 

Q:Where is your company located?

A: Triple Hype, LLC is located in Charlotte, NC.


Q: How much of your proceeds go to helping families in need?

A: We donate 10% of every sale to www.CancerCare.org. This charity is one that works directly with helping families dealing with the horrible disease that is cancer.


Q: Do you have a customer service line?

A: We do not. We do, however, have a chat online that is available at times to speak with representatives from our team. The best way to get in contact with us is emailing us at support@wearhyp3.com.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order within the US?

A: Our goal is to always process orders within 1-2 business days. Once the package is shipped, it can take 3-10 business days depending on what type of shipping you use.


Q: How long does an International order take?

With international orders, our goal is to process them in the same amount of time; 1-2 days. However, shipping can take longer, within the 7-15 day range.


Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number on your order.


Q: What is your United States return policy?

Q: I received the wrong item. What should I do?

A: Please email us at support@wearhyp3.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the return, we will mail out the correct item.


Q: Will I be charged when I order?

A: All customers are charged at the time of purchase.
